All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-days refund policy from the date of the start of license purchase. Any refund request recevied in the first 30-days after the first payment of a subscription will be honored and processed within normal business hours.
Email Change
Email changing is not allowed on lifetime deal accounts.
Lifetime account reselling/trading
You are not permitted to resell/trade your lifetime account or license. We reserve the right to terminate any account that has violated our terms.
Support response
We only entertain support queries via in-app chat option. We do not comply to answer any support queries on any platform other than the in-app chat option.
Our standard support response duration is 48 to 72 working hours. Any misbehave or abusing with our support team will result in immediate account cancellation without any notice.
Technical issues or bugs & feedbacks
Any technical issue or bug & feedbacks must be submitted via the in-app 'Bug or Ideas' option. We do not entertain any technical issue or bug & feedback requests on in-app chat option or on any platform other then the 'Bug or Ideas' option in app.
